Ulverston Councillor, Norman Bishop-Rowe has been welcomed back to Kendal Town Hall after four years

Ulverston Councillor Norman Bishop-Rowe has returned to the District Council Chamber after four years. The long serving Conservative was re-elected in the recent local elections having lost his seat four years ago.

He was welcomed by South Lakes Leader of the Conservatives who commented saying “Norman is a community champion, he never gave up working tirelessly and diligently for the people of Ulverston. Having seen his efforts the people of Ulverston have put their trust in him and they are in safe hands.”

Norman said he was honoured saying “It is truly an honour to represent Ulverston once again on the District Council. It has been a long four year but it is great to be back.”
